Find a fertile cat (not feral) living in Mecklenburg County and get submit the application.  A free surgery will be scheduled. No Questions asked – No restrictions other than living within Mecklenburg County (Drivers License or Utility Bill).

Is it possible?? The Animal Care and Control Free Community Spay / Neuter Clinic has “fixed” every fertile cat in Mecklenburg County!! That’s hard to believe!

I find it hard to believe since the kittens are arriving non-stop, however I have ZERO male cat applications and just a handful of females.
